"Nice hotel in the heart of Banff. Clean, cozy, smells of firewood when you walk in. Easy and free parking, staff were lovely. Nice hot tubs on rooftop making for beautiful views. We stayed in a main floor room and it was a bit noisy as there were trucks parked outside our room. Fridge in room, lemongrass smelling Rocky Mountain soap products and loads of towels in bathroom. Would stay there again but ask for a higher floor. "

"Perfect area for us during our stay in town. Away from the busy streets of town but right around the corner from everything you need. Right by the river with parks and paths for us to walk our dogs. Laundry room is under renovation but that’s ok."
