"This is a beautiful place to stay in Vancouver. It has nice quiet rooms. My room had a balcony which made it all that more comfortable. Beds are dressed in clean smooth sheets. Bathroom was spotless. Besides the old used hairdryer everthing sparkled. The hotel has a very pleasant smell about it. Evertime I walked in it was refreshing. The restaurant was outstanding in service, food, atmosphere and value. Gym and pool were well tended with many workout machines in good condition. The changing area was immaculate. Towels provided for the area were warmed for use. The area is close to all Vancouver has to offer. Staff was friendly and efficient. If i could move in I would. I do want to stay here everytime Im in this city. Very pleasant memories made here. "

"We stayed on the 22nd floor. It was so noisy. Lots of banging doors and teens yelling. It was after midnight. The staff didnt specify we could only go in a couple of lines if we had to use a card. That should have been noted. Also did not know we had to reserve time at the waterpark so we werent able to swim. Convenient location. "
