We had a really nice time in this cottage. The room was clean, staff were so kind, and it was in the convenient place to walk around the downtown area. We want to stay here again when we have a chance to visit Banff.

Like excellent location. Staff is great and ready to assist and provide recommendations on anything. The property itself lacks certain amenities but this is only a deal breaker if you are after something specific (i.e., must have outdoor hot tubs, etc.). Rooms are great and again, cannot beat the location. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a great spot. Walk to dozens of shops, restaurants and bars. Transportation just outside the door. Looks outdated a little but definitely worth the $. Breakfast and heated garage options are a plus.

Brewster Mountain Lodge is a gem in the heart of Banff! We were so glad we chose to stay here. The heated parking was great. It was so easy to walk to yummy restaurants and fun shops. The hotel was great at communicating with helpful information a few days before we arrived. The interior was rustic and charming. The breakfast had good options.

This was the first time I stayed in Banff and I'll definitely be staying at this lodge again. We stayed during their big skijoring weekend, and they made it such an enjoyable weekend. They texted us in advance with information about parking reservations, they let us check in early, and we got free breakfast. Honestly, they exceeded expectations. Thanks so much for everything and we look forward to staying there in the future.

This hotel is fabulous. We have stayed numerous times. After booking 2 nights months in advance we were asked to remove our vehicle on the second day from their heated parkade because it was full. We were to park blocks down the street and walk to our hotel. pay for parking. Icing on the cake, a Tesla parked beside us taking up 2 parking spaces! We checked out and went to hotel that let us park in their warm parkade.

I love the hotel. I would give 5 stars if they had Mini fridge in each room. Also, I wasn’t very happy with the hotel parking the website said $18 per night but it was $25 because I had to reserve. The parking was very convenient though. Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff were extremely friendly and ladies from breakfast room were very polite and worked very very hard. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!
