"Everyone at the front seat was nice, warm, and approachable. Security was very patient with all the drunk and semi-rude people we saw. I felt bad for them because I felt like they were being slightly mistreated by those guests, and they still just remained calm. The only negative thing was the “eco friendly” shampoo and soap was not filled. We had no body wash. I ended up just using shampoo, so it wasn’t a big deal. Didn’t call room service because it was super late and I didn’t want to wait. We were on the 14th floor city view. Room was bigger than I expect and the view was great! Also one elevator was out and there are only 2 elevators for the upper floors so it took a bit of time to wait for an elevator when it was busy. Overall the stay was great! "

"This IHG hotel is located well and the staff are really helpful. The two bed rooms (queen/double) are clean and comfortable but there isn't much room at the end of the beds to pass through. That's my only criticism."

"Not only we we greated with a pleasant smile our room got updated for my husbands birthday . Later in the evening before our event we headed to the hotel bar and were met woth great customer service Ramone who was exemplary. "
