"A very fun and unique location for all ages. The staff are incredibly patient and kind, ensuring all safety precautions are in place. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which had an excellent variety of food. Our server was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. However, the hallways were loud at times, as early as 6 am. "Our first time staying here. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of amenities such as pool, gym, dining which were great. They don't have cleaning services unless you're there for a week or longer and even then they charge you. One thing I didn't like was that there was zero storage. I'm the type of person to unpack and use drawers. But there was no drawers, just an open table and the bathroom had one small shelf, no where to put toiletry bag or any toiletries. "

"The hotel has some amazing charm and looks and feels like a classic ski resort. However, the pool area and spa area is a circus. No joke, the hot tubs was totality full. The kid friendly tub has 14 kids along with the adults. The adult ones was just as full. I think we had 27 people in our. In short, you are going to touch people. The pools are just as crazy. This was between 4-6 pm. Ow, barrel saunas was a constant in and out and never got hot. The hotel is great but don’t expect that perfect...
