"Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful 2 night stay here. We upgraded to one of the corner loft suites and it was worth it! The private jacuzzi in the morning sun was chefs kiss. Beautiful views and close by to the shops and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly. The only thing to complain about was that our king size bed had a queen size mattress cover on. So the mattress kept getting exposed which was a little annoying. When they cleaned the room they put the same queen size cover on it....

"Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The guy who checked us in was so kind, and gave us a free room upgrade. The room was amazing and so nice and clean. The hot tub area is so great. Parking was free and very convenient. Great walkability for downtown banff and the ski are bus stops right at the hotel which was great. Can’t wait to come back! "
