"Had a wonderful night staying at the Douglas Fir. Rooms were big and clean and the hotel was quiet. Only wish is that the pool was open in the morning so we could have gone for a swim before leaving! But the kids play one made up for the pool not being open! "

"We love Hidden Ridge Resort , it has amazing mountain views, the suit was spacious, clean, fully stocked for cooking, all appliances in working condition, the beds were so comfortable. They renovated their sauna, it’s so much better now. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We definitely come back"

"Room is nice and clean, but there is this distinctive smell that we have to constantly spray the room with the air fresher. Lucky we always carry one in our luggage. Bathroom is nice and updated except for the towels that I think look very old and worn out, time to throw away and change to new towels. But overall our stay is good. "

"Nice hotel in the heart of Banff. Clean, cozy, smells of firewood when you walk in. Easy and free parking, staff were lovely. Nice hot tubs on rooftop making for beautiful views. We stayed in a main floor room and it was a bit noisy as there were trucks parked outside our room. Fridge in room, lemongrass smelling Rocky Mountain soap products and loads of towels in bathroom. Would stay there again but ask for a higher floor. "
