"We had a very nice stay in nice surroundings. Housekeeping was good and all staff very friendly. With work going on at the front entrance, there was less room to unload our things. Also, some noise from the construction but unavoidable."

"Not a 5 star resort. Close. Carpet worn out badly throughout hallways. Bathroom door repainted 20 times? Carpet bunched in room. Housekeeping didn’t check if alarm clock set for 2 am (good prank). Pump on shampoo broken (again housekeeping should have caught it). Not worth $500 for a view of the front driveway. Positives: beautiful property. Secluded location. Fantastic staff. Lots of amenities. But not a 5 star resort. "

"Peaks offered a comfortable, clean, and affordable stay for a group of four. We especially appreciated the secure ski storage in the parking garage and the convenient location near all that Banff Village has to offer. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff were all lovely! I would definitely return on my next visit."
