"This property was affordable and proffessional in all ways. Cleaning staff noticeably went above and beyond and door staff kept things safe, albrite felt excessive at times. My only gripe was that the muffins offered before 9AM were pretty bad, but the coffee was surprisingly great."

"Jasmin and Ali provided exceptional front desk service. They both went above and beyond for a smooth stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown with a 24/7 convenience store across the street, 10 minute walk to Eaton Centre, couple seconds down from Bulk Barn and Loblaws. Kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of restaurants in the area and particularly liked Moda, a Turkish cuisine on Yonge Street...short walk down from Eaton Ctr. "

Meticulous service, great food, lively musical evenings at the bars & restaurants, great views of the harbor and the activity beneath as cruise ship tourists come and visit the charming gardens and harborside venues. It was a perfect anniversary getaway!!"
