"Michaela on reception/bar/breakfast service was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was busy, this didn’t impact on service As a busy hotel there is some TLC needed in the public areas - mainly the lifts The rooms are contemporary and very clean "

"Very spacious and location of the apartment was excellent as it was just across the road from the Arena. The only downside was that the TV did not have a remote do was a little difficult to turn the channels."

"We stayed in an accessible family room, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable but managed to sleep and even though on a busy street the room was always quiet. The breakfast was good with a good make your own waffle option that I’d not seen before and had for breakfast both day. The only annoying thing about the breakfast area is the number of family that let their kids use their iPad with no headphones and volume on ( maybe head down early to avoid this)."
