"My recent stay at Ph - The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable—no complaints. The staff were generally good and helpful. One of the male staff members was exceptionally kind and provided genuine assistance, which I really appreciated. I didn’t catch his name, but he was on the night shift on 12th March and 19th March. "Quaint pub dating from around 1729 in the Gunsmith quarter of Birmingham. As I was waiting outside to check in, there was a walking group from a historical tour who passed by and the leader gave a commentary on the pub. Booked a triple room with en-suite which also had coffee making facilities. The pub will store your luggage for you. "Easy, friendly check-in and nice room. Fab bathroom. Great to have an 'on-the-go' breakfast available in the morning (yoghurt, fruit & porridge pot). Bit of a walk from New Street station but I enjoy walking so fine for me.
