"Second time we’ve stayed here whilst visiting Birmingham for a concert. Excellent location, especially with direct access to the symphony hall. Staff very pleasant and helpful both on the main desk and in the bar. Bar meal - pitzza & Greek salad was excellent."

"Quick and easy check in process, super friendly staff. Car park underneath is small and a tight squeeze, and unfortunately full on our stay, but you can park in the secure multi story across the road for the same price as the hotel (just make sure to enter your reg at reception)! Location was ideal for access to bullring and music venues. Room was super comfortable. We were overlooking the bars behind the hotel, and although you could hear the gentle beat of the music with the windows closed, it really didn’t affect our ability to sleep at all - they even provide earplugs ahead of time for you if you want them. Overall it was a fab hotel, and we will definitely book again for future stays. Special shout out to the staff as every single person we interacted with was 10/10."
