"Fantastic location for central Birmingham! We had a private room which was very spacious and clean. And the price was around half of staying in a local hotel. Staff were great, easy free parking right outside after 6pm on a Saturday which was ideal and visible CCTV outside which was reassuring. Really impressed with this place, would definitely return next time we’re in Birmingham! "

"Lovely place, nice staff, good location. Beware of the car parking, £30 per night not the £12.50 per night on-site covered parking as was described to me (screen shot at booking). They do have off site parking for the lower price."

"2 night stay. Hotel staff very friendly, very clean rooms, buffet breakfast includrd and in a good location in the heart of the centre. Site says rooms are soundproof but this not the case, maybe because we had an adjoinng door to the room next door. Put my Mrs right off sceeching like a banshee. Was asked on check in if we would like the room to be serviced the following day, we said yes but It must have been opposites day. Would stay there again though"
