"Arrived early and was allowed to check in, hotel is in refurb, so only one lift active and room was on 9th floor, room was cery nice and bathrrom clean and good, but room was very hot and air con was broken, reported this and hoped it would get fixed while i was out. Returned later and room was even warmer, reported back to reception and they changed our room for us, good customer service, but lift was a pain as had to go up, get bags, return, get new key, use lift again just to drop off. "Nice hotel right in the centre of Birmingham, a bit noisy though as loads of traffic and parking was not available at the hotel- option offered to park at 10 min walking distance though. Overall I would say good as convenient to walk to restaurants etc. "

"The apartment is well placed for easy access to shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 4 adults and the hot water ran out. A resolution was found quickly, (Sylvania?) was very helpful and understanding."
