"Beware room 216. There is some kind of machinery outside while emits a constant irritating whine, the sort that makes sleep difficult. To the hotel’s credit, they immediately sorted another room for us, and didn’t charge for an up grade. Thanks to the night receptionist, Kyan, for this. Otherwise, everything ok!"

The staff seemed friendly. Only a 20 minute walk to Grand Central & Bullring, and to New St Station for the train to the airport. "
