Good location for The Mailbox and Utilia Arena . Hotel had 17 floors but only 1 out of the 3 lifts working - spent ages waiting for the lift to find it was full . Would recommend a lower floor so you can use the stairs instead .

staff were really nice room was nice and clean was allowed to check in early at no cost which was very helpful issues with key cards not working breakfast was mixed not much options for vegans or vegaterians. hot food let it down as quality was poor

Clean room , however disaster with the loft seemed only one works and when you did get in it took you to all floors to pick and drop off spent ten min just getting to the bottom floor yes I should have walked but had a few luggage bags … Breakfast could be slightly better was cold a lot of the food even with hot plates .
