Parking is not ideal. It is relatively close by. If you have luggage and want to drop it off at the hotel, there is no easy option. Staff were great.

Just stayed the one night, but staff were super helpful. Bed was good, room clean, although should get rid of the sofa bed well worn, and lets room down a shade. Breakfast was great. Really nice touch was fire alarm went off during the night for a few minutes, awoke to a letter of apology from the hotel. Nice touch. Would stay again if in the area

The location is great; by the canal - within 15 minutes walk to New Market station, and less than 15 minutes walk to Utilita Arena. The staff, Ian at check-in and Lee at desk past midnight, were great! Welcoming and happy to help. I enjoyed my stay. No complaints.

Staff friendly room clean and cafe next door very good. Easy walk to Arena and good range of pubs / restaurants within 5 min walk. Room very noisy - road outside . Didn’t realise our twin would have connecting doors could hear the conversation from adjoining room.

Computer says No!!
Really disgusted with the hotels impersonal approach. With the current situations in many major cities, my wife, (a pwerson of colour) was too worried to visit Birmingham as planned. We spoke to the hotel, who were extremely cold, unhelpful and had no care of our situation. We requested a refund and was flatly declined. Quoting policy, with no human sense or reasonning is something that I find awful. I will not be using this chain in thecfuture

Good location, nice breakfast
Great location, comfy bed (pillows not so much). Lovely self-service breakfast with nice staff. My only complaint was that the wall-mounted shower gel had run out (irritatingly something one only discovers when in the shower). They kindly gave me a replacement and frustratingly, the nozzle would not open. There was also a stain on the divan.
The entrance to the hotel overlooks this wharf and there are restaurants and a shopping mall on the doorstep. (The hotel entrance is by the red awnings on the photo).
