Stayed 1 night before my flight. The single room was clean and amenities good. My only negative is that the walls are quite thin as i could hear the couple in the next room talking. The staff seemed friendly. Only a 20 minute walk to Grand Central & Bullring, and to New St Station for the train to the airport.

Also: 1 rather frustrating feature is that the parking is midnight to 8am..breakfast is 8am to 10am, which means that if you stay for breakfast you're paying for an extra day's parking. (And before the reply says "the parking rules are set by an external provider"; ...the external provider is the one that the hotel has CHOSEN to use for the hotel's parking).
