The TV in my room was not working when I arrived- I reported this to reception who said they would send someone to look at it. I waited over an hour but no one arrived - I sent a Whatsapp message to the hotel reception but got no reply -after another 30 minutes I went back down from the 4th floor to reception to complain.. Only then did a member of staff actually follow me to my room. The problem was the batteries in the remote control had to be replaced so off she went again to do this which involved another 15 minutes. All in all I was over 2 hours trying to sort this out. I am 76 years of age & the last thing I wanted to be doing was going up & down to reception at the end of a very long day. The key cards for my room were very unreliable & at times did not work which meant that I had to visit reception again on more than one occasion to get these replaced.I used the sink in the bathroom to wash my hands & the plug just stuck which meant that I could not drain the water away - another trip to reception to report this !!!!! The quality of the breakfast left a lot to be desired & was not worth the money. I ended up eating very little which is unusual for me. .
