"It is a beautiful property, the vibe is very Mexican compared to other resorts. The beach area and lagoon for snorkeling and swimming is lovely! Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Recommend to book as privelage guests to take advantage of ALL the resorts amenities."

"I stayed at the Coba resort for 7 nights with my husband. The room was as shown in the pictures. The fridge had a big bottle of water, two beers and three sodas. There was another bottle of water outside at room temperature. Theres a coffee machine with a pouch of coffee, there is tea, creamer and sugar. They restock these every day if consumed. There are sufficient towels in the bathroom. If you need anything just call the concierge and they are very responsive. The buffets of all four hotels are excellent. So many options for all tastes and preferences. I am vegetarian and had always great and healthy choices. There are snack restaurants open while the buffet is closed, so good too, I was impressed. The hotels are connected via this carts that run all day around the properties. They take you to the other hotels, the Hacienda, and the beaches. Resorts are great for families, couples and kids all ages. The social areas are spacious and there’s plenty of place in the beach and at the pools. Even the buffet restaurants are enormous but never feels crowded. The social area at the Coba is the nicer from my experience. There’s this big room after the lobby where you can sit to have a drink or a coffee and passing that is this big plaza where they have shows and music in the evening. Very nice. The beach I preferred the Tulum because it was quiet and there was no loud music coming from the pool, also less crowded. Sometimes the pool areas where too loud because of the music."

"Resort was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance was amazing. It’s like you’re in a little jungle that leads to the incredible white beach the clear blue water waiting for you. Highly recommend a visit. Didn’t want to leave. "

"Great location, and the staff are quite nice. Overall, a good experience—except for the noise at night. The room isn’t very soundproof, so it can get quite noisy."
