"This property was amazing! I specifically loved the entertainment team, Alex, Paola and Erick were very engaging and fun! The property was great, on the beach, and the pools were amazing. The drinks and restaurants were fire. "

"I loved our stay and I would definitely recommend this to others. Our concierge helped book our restaurants. The buffet restaurant was great. The only complaints I have is that the food at the beach was cold and on rainy mornings there is no driving service before 9am. Beautiful natural beauty. The beach is protected so you do not have to stress about undertows as much. The rocks provide home to fish so you can snorkel right there on the property. They had several animals running around that were adorable like spider monkeys. Shows were well done and the theatre is open to air on the sides, you could see the show from any spot. My kids are older so we didn’t take advantage of the kids programs but they had many fun things and a kids pool with slides. The quiet pool was amazing because it has trees all around it and cool rock formations. "

"Overall satisfied with the facility and stay at the resort. Enjoyed the beaches and the al a carte restaurants. My only complaints was lack of a snack restaurant open in the evenings besides the buffet. They were all at the other Bahía resorts. Advertised 24 hour snack restaurant but not at Bahía Príncipe. After 7 the only way to get snack service was ordering from the room. The other complaint would be lack of communication about towels for the pools and beach. Only one location to pick up but not noted anywhere so wandered around looking and asking for quite some time. "

"The TRS Yucatan is a wonderful place for vacation. I felt the staff was welcoming and helped us with everything we asked. They put the customer first and do their best to make it a great time for everyone. I saw staff setting up a birthday surprise for a guest celebrating and other little things that just bring their level of service above and beyond other places. They may try and set up an appointment to sell you a timeshare but you are free to decline or if you do accept the tour they give you discounts or gifts with nothing expected in return. "
