"I had to stay for one night in Tulum before heading to Cancun, so I gave Otonomus Tulum at try. I simply loved everything about this place especially that it gives Tulum vibe with a modern touch. The unit is spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The concierge was super friendly and helpful; he even helped me book my transportation the next day to Cancun. Highly recommended! "

"We had a lovely stay at NHOA aparthotel in February. If you book through Expedia, please note you’ll need to reach out directly to NHOA as Expedia does not share guest contacts and the check in process is remote. Once you are in touch directly, Karla was very responsive and it’s very easy to get in and out. The area and the building are both gated with a security guard so it feels very safe. You’re also close to the main road with various resto and café options. Keep an eye out for the entrance...

"Over all stay was good but couldve been better if they werent having constant water issues. Literally 4/5 nights we stayed, we had water issues, as in no water. Poor pressure etc. Staff were very sweet and respectful. Interiors were beautiful and modern artsy, Place was clean. Rooftop and pool were gorgeous. Neighborhood was mostly quiet and safe. I appreciated the Free laundry room, just bring detergent. There was an Ice machine room with filtered water. Poor internet connection in rooms were...
