"Beautiful resort, friendly staff, food was great, currently a lot of construction and improvements made the walk back to the room quite long. They had shuttles running but that was the only concern. Would love to go back once the improvements were done."

"Took the family for week and we all really enjoyed! I would highly recommend the Maya palace to any family. Beautiful pool, very quiet at night and very clean. The beach is beautiful and the staff is great. If I were to recommend anything to anyone, it would be to make sure you book your reservations for dinner as early as possible. The food at each restaurant was fantastic! "

"The resort was new & you can tell they weren't shy to splurge on a ton of aesthetic features! Going at the end of September/early October was great - low crowds & the weather was still warm enough. No severe weather happened during our stay neither. The staff was phenomenal & the food all over the hotel was 10/10. Definitely am planning on returning."

"I liked the very large selection of food that your buffet had and all very delicious, every day I had something different. I also liked the drinks the drinks were amazing and the stuff was so friendly. By far my favorite was the massage I experienced two different ones and they were phenomenal such a great experience. I was there celebrating my birthday and the room decorations made my day feel so special thank you all so very much!"

"Estuvimos en el Hotel por 3 dias i todo estuvo super bien. Nuestro cuarto a unos pasos de la playa, bien traquilo. Todo el personal super amable a todo, Carlos, Eliseo i Manuel nos trataron como reyes, cena en el VIP (roof top). Lo unico malo fue que un dia completo, estuvieron grabando un show Frances, i nos anduvieron moviendo de un lado a otro para que pudieran aser las grabaciones, sin aber comunicado a los que nos estavamos hospedando en el Hotel, pero de ahi en fuera todo estuvo super bien. Esperamos volver i estar por mas dias."
