"We're going back we had such a good time! There were 4 of us (2 couples) that went to escape winter and we were happy with the whole place. Let me see if I can give you an idea of what to expect if you're trying to decide... We stayed in a Hacienda Suite with the Preferred option. The room was so spacious and CLEAN (thank you housekeeping!). It had the best patio to sit on and you looked right into the ocean. Huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and double vanities so you don't have to elbow each other while getting ready for dinner. LOL. Turndown service at night was a nice touch. We are actually booking again for end of Jan/begin of Feb and going to book the same room. The rooms are above the cafe and smoothie bar and preferred lounge. So coffee at your fingertips which made my husband so happy. Grab a drink and some appetizers from the lounge and head up to your patio and watch the sunset etc. The Preferred Lounge: Amazing team in there. Angeles was so helpful with our requests and we'll miss her when we go back as she'll be having her little bambino. Alejandra as well as Manuel in the evenings were excellent as too. You'll be well taken care of by the team in here. Also in the Preferred Lounge: Alfonso the bartender. He takes care of everyone with a smile and made me the best Apple Martini's I've had in Mexico and this was our eighth trip to the country. Looking forward to them again. Beach: The beach is EXCELLENT here. "

"We had an amazing week for a three generation family of 17 from ages of 3-79. Our family was able to enjoy one another with plenty of space to have group activities and individual bedroom suites . The outdoor space was utilized for the entire week with outdoor dining, palapa dining table for cards and dining, swimming pool, beachfront and lovely indoor spaces. Soliman Bay has good snorkeling when you take the kayaks out to the coral reef, great shell hunting, and fishing opportunities when you rent with a local fisherman. All ages had a fabulous time and hated to have the week end. Even the 3 resident iguanas provided great entertainment for the family. Sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed by all. The staff including the chef were so accommodating and helpful and the amazing Thanksgiving dinner (including floral arrangements and ballon decorations) was much appreciated. A Thanksgiving week to remember."

"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

"The hotel is nice and the staff too, but the street leading to the hotel is in terrible conditions. The street is full of potholes of all sizes and when it rains it becomes pure mud. I liked the hotel a lot but that street is something else."

"The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning "
