"Wonderful place to stay, great staff"

"This place is incredible. Never felt busy, always a chair at the pool and a seat at the restaurant. Preferred club gives you access to a better poolside restaurant for Breakfast and one dinner restaurant. Shout out to Metz the building concierge who was able to help us with everything throughout the day/night. The beach is perfect- sand is perfect, snorkel right off the shoreline. Room has a steamer so didn’t need to bring one. "

"Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Restaurants were good, we did book 10 days in advance ( highly recommend doing so) rooms need some upgrade but overall great vacation "

"I stayed at the Coba resort for 7 nights with my husband. The room was as shown in the pictures. The fridge had a big bottle of water, two beers and three sodas. There was another bottle of water outside at room temperature. Theres a coffee machine with a pouch of coffee, there is tea, creamer and sugar. They restock these every day if consumed. There are sufficient towels in the bathroom. If you need anything just call the concierge and they are very responsive. The buffets of all four hotels are excellent. So many options for all tastes and preferences. I am vegetarian and had always great and healthy choices. There are snack restaurants open while the buffet is closed, so good too, I was impressed. The hotels are connected via this carts that run all day around the properties. They take you to the other hotels, the Hacienda, and the beaches. Resorts are great for families, couples and kids all ages. The social areas are spacious and there’s plenty of place in the beach and at the pools. Even the buffet restaurants are enormous but never feels crowded. The social area at the Coba is the nicer from my experience. There’s this big room after the lobby where you can sit to have a drink or a coffee and passing that is this big plaza where they have shows and music in the evening. Very nice. The beach I preferred the Tulum because it was quiet and there was no loud music coming from the pool, also less crowded. Sometimes the pool areas where too loud because of the music."

"Had an ant issue that never got resolved and also the air conditioning never got the room to be cool. That could use some upgrade work. Other than those things, we loved our stay very much"

"Villas De Rosa was a perfect resort for our family of four (two kids, 7 and 10). It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food (room service) at the resort was the best in the area, reasonably priced, prompt and delicious. We ended up eating all of our meals there. Tony and Samantha were kind and responsive to all of our needs. The beach and pool were all we needed. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered but the AC worked perfectly (bedroom only) and we asked for some fans to cool off the rest of the living area. The beach wind kept it cool most of the time anyway. If you're looking for luxury, go somewhere else, but if you are looking for a wonderful and authentic Mexican vacation experience on the beach with no worries, there isn't a better place than Villas De Rosa. We will certainly be back."

"The hospitality was very good and the concierge services were excellent. The property is set in the jungle and provides a cool and calming environment with two cenotes a central communal palapa for yoga, and other venues and few other spaces to relax. All the staff were engaging and friendly. I really felt welcome and a part of their community. A very important part of Akumal Natura is their wild animal rescue and tour is not to be missed. "
