"A nice alternative hotel to the onsite airport hotel. I had an issue with the aircon (it wasn’t working) and front desk sent someone right away. The man was very nice and got it sorted quickly for me. The only downside is since you’re a bit further from CUN airport the shuttle service can take a little longer. All in all a nice place for an overnight stay for an early flight. "

"Great walkability to all the towns excitement. The hotel was clean and as expected. They never cleaned the room, I’m not sure if that’s just how this hotel is… No room attendant, we had to call for towels and toilet tissue and never received any. We just ended up buying tissue from the store. Other than that the rooms were clean and neat. The bath water was nice and hot, however the water kinda had this smell to it. It was weird but something I couldn’t help but notice. "
