I loved that it was a little away from the nightlife—it gave the perfect balance of relaxation while still being just 10 minutes away from Coco Bongo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and the resort truly gives you the full Mexico experience. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is closed!! They took our money and never told Hotels.com that it was closed. Doors are barred and no one inside. Had to stay at another hotel across the street so we saw that it was always closed. "

"Unsanitary conditions such as human fluids all over the bathroom toilet , hair on the bed, kitchen was dirty and sticky, check in and out in less than 5 minutes the worst was the management, extremely rude and not willing to help on any way please avoid this place if you can it ruin my entire vacation trip"

"No complaints. Everyone was super friendly, and overall the property was clean. Bathroom was leaking water everywhere, which wasn't a major issue, but left some of my clothes wet after a shower. Property in great location, near a lot of food places and only a 20min drive from the Hotel Zona. Recommend if you are looking for something in Cancun thats quiet, away from the clubs, still close to everything and cost affordable. "
