"Definitely a wonderful place to take family or just you and your spouse. My husband took me there for my birthday and all we can think about is how our grandson would’ve loved the pool and beach. The property is on the beachfront so definitely nice to walk out to your room and just a a few steps away from the beach. "

"This was our first time at this resort and it was amazing. The staff was more than top notch. Everyone seemed to be happy to help and be available for you at any time. The room upgrade was perfect!! "This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "

"There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty. "

"The property deserves five stars. There’s plenty of eating options and they are very good ones at that. The pool environment is excellent. The Concierge’s white glove service I received as a VIP was incredible and Garza is on top of its game. Highly recommended."

"This was exactly what we wanted. We were on a family vacation and wanted a condo with a kitchen where we could roam as we’d wanted with a kitchen for any time use. Lilia, our hostess were fantastic and very friendly and helpful! The beach in front is clean and quiet. The pool was a great treat for the kids. After a day in the sun the air conditioned condo was a blessing. "

"Excellent hotel and location. Right by a local bus stop. Nice pool with a beach also accessible at the property. Every car coming into the property is stopped before entering. I also had a small outdoor area to sit down right outside my room. Staff was helpful as checking in and out was smooth as can be...Should I go back to Cancun in the near future, I know where I'll be staying!"

"The room was spacious and clean and vey well appointed. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Food choices somewhat limited, but the food quality was good at the a la carte restaurants, excellent at the buffet. We had a ground floor swim out suite, which was perfect for our needs."

"Hotel was amazing. Plenty of restaurant options so even after 6 evenings we were still not bored with the food. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only real downside was the entertainment - most big things with offsite at the sister property (free shuttle) but still. Also, people were taking chairs and saving them with towels as early as 6:00 am so didn’t leave many options."
