"The property was great value for money. Reasonably priced but with quality rooms and amenities. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. It was surprising to experience a large amount of trash and fly tipping in the area, along with a number of rough sleepers in the area. "I like this property, close to train station and walkable from Namba (Doutonbori) and Ebisucho (ShinSekai). There’s a convenient store across the street. Staff are very helpful and respectful. The breakfast buffet are good but the food menu repeats every other day. "
