"Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side...

"The hotel was very clean, just like in the photos. The lobby had great amenities—vending machines, ice and water dispensers, and seating if you wanted to eat something there. There was also a large laundry room. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was fine—nothing fancy, but totally sufficient, especially if you're on a budget.
