"This hotel was convenient as it is directly across from the Shinagawa Train Station which also has the Shinkansen (bullet train), as well as the JR Tokyo Loop Line (Yamanote Line) for easy access within Tokyo and beyond. The hotel property is huge and has a 7 Eleven right on the property. The room we booked was on the large size for a Tokyo hotel room, and we were very comfortable. They also have bowling on property as well as a food court, self-serve laundry, restaurants and other...

"I like the location because the immediate few blocks were fairly quiet but you were a 7 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku, the train station, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only "oddity", and I suspect this is true across most Japan hotels, was there were no "common areas" to congregate. So nowhere to go in the lobby areas and have a coffee, a snack or do some work. No tables or chairs. But overall, was very happy with the hotel."

"The staff were extremely helpful during our stay. The free shuttle to Disneyland and Disney sea makes getting to and from the park easy. The shuttle also takes you to the local train station. The food and service at the hotel restaurant was good as well. Definitely would stay there again."
