"The best thing about this hotel is the ‘rain’ shower by far. Good water pressure and perfect after a long day exploring. The next best thing is the location connected to the Shin-Osaka station which is where you get the Bullet train (Shinkansen) as well as some local trains. It’s a great base for doing day trips so you don’t have to carry all your stuff around. I did day trips to Kyoto (take the JR Special Rapid train). This station also has the Osaka Metro Midosuji line which takes you south through Umeda and to the Namba and Tenoji areas. There is not much surrounding the station but lots of good food options inside the train station. The hotel is also on the domestic airport flight path but I couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room. The rooms are modern and clean. I couldn’t get my air conditioner to work so it was an uncomfortable first night sleep but the next day I asked the room attendants and she got it working with a couple button pushes. The only down side was they need shelves or a small bench or table near the front door to put your bags as I had to lay all my items on the floor. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again."

"I had emailed another hotel several times without any reply which made me anxious. I asked the night manager at this Airterminal Hotel if she would phone this other hotel on my behalf to confirm a reservation. She so kindly did this for me using her Japanese. This relaxed me and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation without having to worry. "

"御堂筋線江坂駅の前に位置するホテルでとても便利でした。ホテルが入っているビルには地下に食堂街もあり、21時過ぎに帰ってきても夕食には困りませんでした。コインランドリーがありましたが洗濯機も乾燥機も2台ずつしかなく、夜は混んでいて諦めました。部屋は快適で心地よく過ごせました。"

"A serene atmosphere with breathtaking views of Osaka from our room. Ofuro was a must to indulge in. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a wonderful surprise. They lock the doors at 10pm so be in before then. There are no walkable places to eat or shop which is a plus when trying to escape that. Arigato gozaimasu!"
