Concierge Kenichiro Eto helped us so much with dining reservations and even escorted us to the hard to find restaurant near the hotel. He helped us with navigating the trains as well. An amazing experience to say the least! Staff were beyond impressive and friendly. Connected to the metro station so it was very convenient for traveling. I can't express my gratitude towards the staff.
