"What I love about the hotel are its convenient location and the onsen. It’s just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it incredibly accessible. The onsen was a true blessing, providing us with much-needed relaxation every night. The check-in process could be improved, as there is only one queue, which can be slow at times. The buffet spread is quite repetitive and unexciting, with bananas and kiwi fruits sliced into tiny, unappealing pieces. What I don't like is the additional fee...

"We recently stayed at the APA Shin Osaka Eki Tower. It was a bit hard to find the hotel since the nearby train station was huge and it was difficult to find the correct exit. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly. Also breakfast was available on the top floor which offered breath-taking views of the area. The rooms were clean although a bit noisy when the trains sped by. There several restaurants and a Family Mart nearby. Overall a convenient place to stay. "

"The Hotel is near a train station, and not too far to walk to Shin-Osaka station. The room is small. The major complain I had for this hotel is that we booked our hotel for 10 nights with breakfast at Hotels.com, but when we are going to check-in they only gave us 1 day free breakfast since they're policy is 1 day free on each stay (regardless how long it will be). So for the whole 10 days of stay we were able to get 1 free breakfast.If you want to take there breakfast you have to pay."

"We stayed only for one night and had a restorative sleep there. The staff was very welcoming. Room was clean, bedding nice. Good location close to the metro. Only downside were the fact that the baths are men-only (which I hadn't understood from the descriptions), and the hotel is overall old-looking in style (room a bit crowded with dark wood furniture)."
