Booked this hotel for 4ppl but only got 3 twins bed. The room was very small. We’re literally squeezed in this room. Will not booked this place again. The only good thing about this hotel is the location was very convenient for shopping and dining.

Great spot in the middle of the action. Close to Dotonbori. Lots of dining and shopping option. Close to subway station for easy travel to Umeda and Osaka castle. Free laundry, and snacks and drinks in lounge is a bonus. They even have beer, sparkling wine and sake for free.

Location is really great, level 1 and your already in the shopping district. Bad point being that the room is not very cleaned, hotel seems to be on an older side, have molds here and there. Down point for us is that there's no telephone at all to call receptionist. if you need extra towels etc need to go to lift lobby to call.

The room was extremely uncomfortable and you can not control the air conditioner. I asked the front desk and they informed me that the air conditioner is controlled by the front desk. When i arrived the temperature in my room was 25.3 degrees C and i tried to adjust the thermostat to 20 degrees C. The room stayed at 25 degree C all night. I spoke with the frint desk and thats when they told me the air conditioner is controlled by the front desk. I asked them o To lower the temperature to 21 degree C and my room never dropped below 23.5 degree C. I was extremely uncomfortable for the 4 nights i stayed at this hotel. Not to mention my room was old and dirty. I did not find the staff at the front desk welcoming or friendly. I expected more from japanese culture. I am very disappointed with my stay and will never book this hotel again. I would advise anyone else traveling to Osaka to avoid this hotel.

This hotel offers a beautiful lobby, restaurant, and well-appointed rooms, though our stay was marred by a non-functioning AC, requiring us to open the window for cooling. The breakfast, available for a small fee, was exceptional with a variety of traditional and western options. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and Dotonbori. I booked this hotel for myself and my two kids, aged 11 and 9, and it was perfect for our stay. The hotel offers a range of convenient amenities, including a laundry lounge and a vacuum pack machine, which made things so much easier. The location is fantastic, with every type of food imaginable right at your doorstep. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.

Great stay. Right in the middle of everything. I picked a smoking room for the novelty and it was fun. Room was spacious compared to the other hotels I've stayed in so far.

Perfect location, near to everything food, shopping, and massages. Hotel was going through renovation…this my third visit and can’t wait to see renovation improvement completion. Definitely will be back!

We had a nice, pleasant stay. We liked how it was connected to the shopping corridor and a short walk to dontonburi and a few minutes walk to the Namba train station.
