"Miguel and other staffs are very nice. Location is convenient, you can walk around the downtown. Restaurants, dive shops, pharmacy and souvenir shops are walking distance. Easy to get taxi from the property. I came for diving and the room has lots of hanger to dry my stuff. Cons: pillows and duvet cover kind of stink like they haven’t been washed in a while. Overall the property is great."

"Good front desk staff during our checkin, room was clean. Could use NEW TOWELS twice have stayed here twice towels have holes . Bed needs a mattress cover your mattresses are very hard . The blow hair dryer was not working tried different outlets. They turned elevator off at nite we least a5 am had to carry our luggage down stir 83 yr old man ."

"We stayed there for easy access to the Cancun Airport after our Cozumel scuba trip. Puerto Morelos is 20 minutes and $30 cab ride to Cancun airport. The sandy beach is beautiful and the snorkeling is great. We might start here next time to chill and get ready for Cozumel diving. The staff was a great and helpful.
