Bathroom was compact but lovely - very nice toiletries provided. Pool area was spotless and had good facilities. Ideal location from station and only a short walk into the centre of York."

Looking a little tired in places and furniture in reception could do with a clean for stains but is very light colours. Overall would definately rwcommend it."

We like to relax after lunch but our room was not cleaned until after 3pm which meant that we had to arrange our activities around the hotel schedule rather than the other way round. When we asked there appeared to be no flexibility in the cleaning schedule ."
