Very friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast area. Dana in particular was a joy to deal with. Hotel clean and comfortable. Bedroom spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent central location. Convenient underground parking in ‘the Light. We miss the discounted parking charge the Radisson used to offer which we have enjoyed on previous visits.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel in 3 years. Although we would/ probably will stay again I felt the room needed refreshing wall marks and carpet stains a plenty. Also bathroom had mould around the bath. It’s a shame as we enjoy staying at this hotel.

Having stayed in the same room 18 months ago, the standards have dropped significantly with stains on furniture, walls, ceiling, bathroom. Very poor for a 4 star hotel.
