"This is a nice hotel in good location. They have free parking and that is a plus. The host works very hard to see that you have a good stay. The breakfast area is rather busy with a fixed breakfast that is not self serve.. As in many of these stately hotels in England, you have to struggle up three flights of stairs with your luggage as there is no lift. I think it is some kind of law in England about what you can and cannot do with your hotel but I don't know. If you have any mobility issue you...

"Overall was better than expected although the window of n my room was small, high up & made the room cell like. The toiletries were good quality, the room looked nice & breakfast was nice reasonable although they had no vegetarian sausages. Although the rooms decor was good overall there were 2 things that let it down, firstly there was nowhere to hang anything as the wardrobe had no hangers and there was no hook behind the door for a coat, secondly & more importantly the bed was terrible...
