The 1st room that we got was cold, but after reporting it, we were swiftly moved without any hassle to another room..just a problem with heating system...apart from that, we had a great stay

Staff was nice and the room was clean. I decided to eat in the hotel Resturant on the recommendation of the reception staff. Please don’t do that mistake. Food was dreadful. Lamb chops were rubbery and the Roti was awful. The Resturant staff didn’t charge for the Roti. Nonetheless the food for that price was poor. I was offered a on the horse cheesecake which I only took a single bite from!!! It was clearly bought off a supermarket and defrosted to serve. I even got an upset stomach the next morning. Quite disappointed
