Nice clean hotel in a good location. We stayed in the superior queen suite and unfortunately our room had an adjoining door to the room next to us. Our neighbours were having a gathering past midnight and you could here everyone taking and laughing as clear as day through the door. I asked reception if there was anything they could do and although they attempted to rectify by asking the guests to settle down. When the music went off, the conversation continued and still was too distracting to get shut eye. I had a long drive the next day so was disappointed to get less than an hour's sleep.

Greeted with a smile upon arrival, the hotel was clean and there was ample parking. The staff were great, warm and friendly, nothing too much trouble. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfy and everyone had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was god quality with lots of choice, always greeted with a friendly smile by the servers. The hotel was on the river bank and within easy reach of the city. All in all we had a great time and will be back. Thanks 😊

Great Hotel, within easy walking distance of York City Centre – 10-12 mins max.Room was very clean and spacious with a good-sized TV (55Inch) and a good selection of teas and coffees provided . Bar was clean and well stocked , good selection of fines and beers and reasonable prices. Plenty of onsite parking @ £17 per night – not cheap, but not extortianate for a major tourist spot like York . Will go again.
