"Overnight flight layover so greatly appreciated that hotel is walking distance; would be good if they provided a sheet with walking directions to and from airport so people realize they do not need to take a taxi. Excellent breakfast."

"Quite simply, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Our room was spotless, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We ate in the Sky bar and restaurant on three evenings where the food and service were excellent and the view was incredible. We also had a pleasant evening in the Pitter Keller. When we did have an issue (not the fault of the hotel) this was resolved swiftly and efficiently. All the staff we met were so helpful and attentive. It would be unfair to single out any individuals. Service of the highest standard. We hope to return."

"The hotel was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made for a comfortable stay. The employees on reception were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was situated close to transport links, making it easy to head into the centre of Vienna to explore the city. The only downside was the lack of coffee in the room, which would have been a welcome touch, especially for those who enjoy a morning cup without having to leave their room and go down to the reception.
