"Excellent location within walking distance of several top attractions, with bus stops conveniently located right next to the hotel. I stayed in a room that did not face the main road, and it was very quiet. The room was clean, and the mattress was quite comfortable."

"Great hotel! It’s near and walking distance to everything from shopping, restaurants, historical sights, museums, etc. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is great (Topaz Location) and unique with oval windows. It is in the city, so only recommendation is have shear windows curtains, so that customers can let in sunlight without concern or worry of someone in the next building seeing through the windows. They mentioned it’s tinted, however a staff did noted you can still somewhat see through. Other than that, the hotel is superb. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vienna, Austria…. By the way, there are NO kangaroos here. Apparently, some tourists actually think the 2 countries are the same… LOL. Those marsupial are indigenous to Australia…. Thank you."

"This really is a superb place to stay in Vienna, 3 minute walk from the U3 underground station, ideally situated to walk to the centre of Vienna, rooms are spotless clean and they have Netflix on their TV’s so you can catch a late night movie… hotel staff are super friendly and the reception is manned 24hr a day… brilliant value for money…"
