"Couldn’t fault the service. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Great location and quiet rooms. My only niggle was my tv kept switching off, despite being looked at. I’m sure this will be fixed and plan on returning. The mattress was a little hard for my liking. "

"Amazingly quirky rock n roll themed hotel with a dark side we loved. Lovely bar on the ground floor & a rooftop bar on the 5th floor with a hot tub. Smart, clean, gothic/rock n roll decor. Super comfy big bed, clean shower room, in room facilities were excellent"

"Spacious room with plenty of light even though it overlooked the internal courtyard. Very comfy beds and quiet corridors meant we had one of our best nights sleep in a hotel ever! We ventured up to the roof terrace briefly but as it was mid-December so cold and rain was forecast they had to close early, which I don’t blame them! Service was excellent throughout though. Would definitely stay again"

"The company phoned me up after booking to say it was a shared bathroom 2 hours before keys were to be released at 4pm. I immediately asked to cancel and they agreed. They since charged full costs and had no further correspondence from hotels.com As a gold used very dissappinted feel ripped off! "

"This is a very busy area. Not ideal for people travelling with children. It’s very loud at night because of all the bars. The flag itself was nice. It was lacking towels and could have been a bit better if there was more common necessities. Towels, paper towels, soap etc. Other then that it was nice and kept well. "
