"All staff were very attentive, breakfast was great, and the room was clean with lots of amenities. The only issues were; lack of a two pin plug in the bathroom, a broken usb c plug on one side of the bed, no mirrors near plug sockets (could not easily style hair using a hair dryer), also the sound of talking and closing doors in the hall and talking outside the window was fairly loud. Despite these issues I would choose to stay here again."

"They accepted us very late following a complete cancellation of train journeys out of King's Cross. We arrived after midnight but were welcomed warmly. The room was fairly priced and the bed was very very comfy. Will stay again. "

I accept that Air Conditioning is rare in the UK, but all I wanted to do was shut off the heating and let the room cool to a more comfortable temperature. Everything else about the Holmes Hotel was excellent. "
