"We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and the staff was all friendly, even with a language barrier they made a great effort to go above and beyond. The events in the lobby were wonderful and fun. Daniel at the Macao Buffet was the best waiter. Our kids had a blast 💥 and it was great for the adults too. Beaches are gorgeous and water was beautiful and warm. The beach barbecue was delicious and convenient and we loved how there was such an amazing variety of food. Chef Peter at Hibachi was very talented. "

"This property sure does live up to its name ! If you’re looking for an all inclusive for a special occasion look no further! The honeymoon suite overlooking the Ocean with its own private terrace and pool is a must to book! The excellence club also grants you access to premium liquor, premium bottles on your room, and a private restaurant. The property was clean all throughout and the food was amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. Drinks were great and there are numerous bars located throughout the property. Highly recommend this resort will definitely visit back soon ! "

"This property was so much fun for my kids. They enjoyed the beautiful beach, awesome water park, and the room. The rooms are spacious and plentiful. The food options for dinner were surprisingly good. We did find breakfast to be tough with food choices for kids. We are coming back to this property. We enjoyed it that much!"

"We had the most amazing butler, Breilin. He made our stay INCREDIBLE. If it were not for him we would have been lost. We loved it so much because of our butler that we are coming back after the new year. I have never experienced such incredible service as I have with him and the rest of the staff. "I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip. "
