"We really loved this property. It is the last hotel/resort at the end of the road so it is super quiet. It was small, so no large crowds. The pool deck was full everyday but the pool was a little cold the last week of February so very few people used it. Pros: good service, food was decent (especially if you tipped the cook), huge rooms, huge bathrooms, great hot water/water pressure, clean resort. Very very very very quiet. Interesting nightly entertainment. Cons: Very hard to get...

"I traveled with one other person, some of the staff was a little rude did not seem as though they wanted to be there. However, Carlos and JR from the bellboy portion of the staff were very nice and helpful as well as Isabell from the dining staff was also very helpful and greatly appreciated. Yakasta was very friendly and checked in beyond the service she offered. The coupons they give you when checking in are a scam not worth it at all. Food was inconsistent as in some days good some days not...
