"From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Every member of the team was professional and ensured you are taken care of. Any issues or questions we had were addressed in a very courteous and timely manner. The choice of restaurants and quality and variety of food did not disappoint. The pools are clean and maintained. The beach is clean and relaxing. There was all kinds of entertainment throughout the day and into the evening that appeals to a wide range of audience. They are very kid friendly to the point that kids come first. They are located right beside Breathless which you can access their pools, entertainment and restaurants. Shuttles are available to move you around the property. I cannot think of 1 negative."

"You didn’t have to make reservations for the restaurants which was very convenient We tried a different restaurant each night. The rooms are very dated and there is no door to the bathroom which offers little privacy . We switched rooms twice. First room was on the second floor snd I have difficulty climbing stairs .The second room was very ragged. Paint splashed on walls and broken cabinets. The third room was satisfactory. During check in I informed them that i was celebrating my birthday. Freddy made note of it, but nothing was done. You had to get up before daybreak to secure a lounge chair as most all were claimed before the sun came up. I would not return here for a visit,"
