Pros: The grounds are well organized. When you arrive, there is a large area for guests to settle and check in. Once you step out onto the grounds there is a strip with restaurants, a shop, spa, gym, and entertainment areas. We stayed at the adult section which was well worth it. There are multiple pools, one was more relaxing the other had activities during the day. If you have children, the family area has a small water-park vibe and multiple pools. There is a good selection of restaurants, buffets, and places to grab a quick bite. I loved the entertainment, there was bowling, arcade games, billiards, archery, and the evening shows were diverse and well planned.
Cons: When we arrived the bell boy was very friendly, however was too concerned with convincing us to attend a time share instead of explaining what the hotel had to offer. The time share was more concerned with making a sale than explaining what the hotel had to offer. Our booking came with a gift which we had to ask for and did not receive until the 3 days of our stay. We received one free message for attending the time share. The massage was ok, it felt a bit rushed, but afterwards I smelled like I came out of a fryer as if they used canola oil. My husband and I were curious as to what the free relaxation area was at the spa and took a tour where we learned that if you purchase a massage, you get access to the sauna/spa area. I was not offered this when I came for my massage. The spa was not very inviting.
