"Excellence did not disappoint. The resort is beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. This resort is bigger than Excellence Punta Cana but surprisingly more chill. The staff go out of their way to make you feel seen, remembering your drink preferences and special touches at dining. Would recommend to anyone! "

The staff in the club area helping serve drinks was amazing. Thank you to Angelo and Racquel who kept the joy during our stay. The other staff members who I did not get their name also big kudos. Housekeeping and the room comfort was great! Now there are some areas of opportunity with the resort being as nice as it is the food and drinks were not that great...

Jose provided top notch service the whole trip. Just showed up and we were good. Nightly entertainment and the sports bar were a big hit especially with March Madness going on!
